Practice Week in Kastellaun – Encounters That Stay

During the week from May 20, 2026 to May 27, 2026, I had the opportunity to hold a practice week with Laura Vollrath – VedicChange in Kastellaun.

Each day, I accompanied several people through readings and intensive process work. Many of these encounters were deeply moving. It was about fears, old patterns, and inner conflicts – but above all, it was about reconnecting with oneself.

What touched me most was not only what happened during the sessions – but what became visible afterwards.

People left the practice differently than they had arrived.
More grounded. Clearer. More connected.

One encounter in particular has stayed with me:
A man who had been struggling for a long time with heavy thoughts and deep exhaustion came to me feeling that he had already tried everything. In the days following our work, something began to shift. His wife later told me that he was smiling again, present, embracing his family, and beginning to take new steps.

Feedback like this reminds me again and again of how much is possible when people begin to meet themselves on a deeper level.

At the same time, this week was also shaped by a very valuable collaboration with the hosting practice. Where processes are opened, other therapeutic approaches can continue to support and integrate. I experience this interplay as deeply aligned and enriching.

On the final day, I also had the opportunity to accompany a young client who came entirely on her own initiative – a moment that touched me deeply and showed how sensitively people perceive what resonates with them.

This practice week once again showed me clearly the potential of this format. Encounter, trust, and collaboration were at the center – and this is exactly what I would like to continue developing in the future.

I am grateful for all the people I was able to accompany in Kastellaun and for the trust they placed in me.
